well more than 9 out of 10 Americans who identify with a religion are Christian in one way or the other
This is not surprising. What is surprising is that We the People are bending over for the 1% of the 1 out of 10 non-Christians who are “offended” by nativity scenes, displays of the 10 Commandments, and “In God We Trust.”
The only explanation for this state of affairs is that we have developed a general malaise and apathy toward our country and what we believe in. We have grown to a state of such abundance and wealth that narcissism and selfishness have replaced God and Country. The common response to news about an attack on this country’s religious heritage is often met with vocal outrage that stops there.
Don’t let apathy turn this country into a God-less socialist state. Use The Mailbox to write your elected representatives. Tell them of your faith, tell them that you are more offended by removing God from the public square than by leaving Him there, and tell them that you will only support judicial appointees who will keep Him there.

“Global warming” is nothing more than another push for global socialism and global redistribution of wealth:
The human race faces oblivion if it fails to confront global warming, the U.N. secretary-general said Tuesday, as delegates to the U.N. climate conference haggled over a new document strengthening a call for deeper cuts in greenhouse gas emissions by rich nations.
The U.S. Senate Committee on the Environment and Public Works Minority page tells the real goal of the UN:
A global tax on carbon dioxide emissions was urged to help save the Earth from catastrophic man-made global warming at the United Nations climate conference. A panel of UN participants on Thursday urged the adoption of a tax that would represent “a global burden sharing system, fair, with solidarity, and legally binding to all nations.” “Finally someone will pay for these [climate related] costs,” Othmar Schwank, a global tax advocate, told Inhofe EPW Press Blog following the panel discussion titled “A Global CO2 Tax.” Schwank is a consultant with the Switzerland based Mauch Consulting firm.

The UN secretary-general today called on world leaders for immediate action on climate change - before flying thousands of miles to the US for a music concert and then leaving in the interval to jet to Europe.
All the while ICECAP is reporting that the southern hemisphere’s ice cover remains well above normal, “…there are two more millions square kilometers of ice now compared to December 2006. And the large positive anomaly has persisted since September.”
The uptick in global warming fear-mongering by the likes of Al Gore and the United Nations is to ensure that their global-tax/global-socialism treaties get put into place before global warming is exposed for the scam it is.
