"There are five boxes to use in the defense of Liberty: The Soap Box, the Mail Box, the Ballot Box, the Jury Box, and the Ammunition Box. Please use them in that order."

I wish it hadn’t come to this. I wish that things were different. But they’re not.

To paraphrase what Alexis de Toqueville said 150 or so years ago, “The American Republic will endure until the legislators figure out how to bribe people with their own money.” They figured it out about 50 years ago, and things have been getting progressively worse.

I can’t remember where I heard it, but the “five boxes of liberty” line struck me. (See the About page.) I always wanted to do some sort of website that would motivate people to change things, to take our liberties back. Then one day I was reminded about the five boxes, and this website was born.In the coming weeks, we’ll be adding the other 4 Boxes to this site. As for now, the Soapbox is enough to get things rolling.
